Trying out the Canon S100 in bright sunshine. It’s not easy with the zoom lens to get a short depth of field, but it is possible if you go in close enough to the subject. Some of the customised settings are tricky to keep set when you change modes, and it’s less like a ‘pro’ camera than I’m used to, but the picture quality is excellent.
